We built this 2,000 sq. ft. custom family home from the ground up, designed for comfort, safety, and long-term living. A specialized helical pier foundation was installed to accommodate a nearby natural spring, while the layout included three bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and living area, two full bathrooms, and a powder room.
The home features hardwood flooring, custom Amish cabinetry, and a cozy wood-burning stove. A detached garage with a living area, a bomb shelter basement with a custom safe door, and a porch finished with real stone veneer add unique functionality, while Quaker vinyl windows, premium LP siding, and GAF Timberline shingles ensure lasting durability.
