Our design-build remodeling is a full-service approach that combines design and construction under one roof. Instead of juggling multiple contractors or coordinating separate trades yourself, we manage everything from creating detailed 2D or 3D designs to handling the construction.
This method ensures smoother communication, higher quality craftsmanship, and a more predictable timeline, while keeping your vision at the center of the project.
Our process is designed to keep you informed and confident every step of the way. It begins with a phone consultation where we discuss your project’s scope, ballpark pricing, and timeline. From there, we schedule an on-site consultation with a $250 fee. During this visit, we meet you in person, inspect your space, and iron out the specifics so you can clearly visualize the final result.
Once the consultation is complete, we finalize the contract and move into the design phase. Depending on the project, you’ll receive a detailed drawing or 3D rendering to help you see exactly how your space will look. Before construction begins, we protect your home with the ZipWall Dust Barrier System and do a pre-job walkthrough so you know what to expect during the project.
During construction, you’ll stay updated via our client portal, which includes daily progress photos and logs. After the work is done, we conduct a post-job walkthrough and leave your home spotless. Finally, we provide a 5-year workmanship warranty and follow up at 6 and 12 months to ensure everything is performing perfectly.
